By using ZensInk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

ZensInk is an anonymous whisper board. Content you submit will be randomly shown to other visitors. All content is automatically deleted after 72 hours.

User Conduct

By submitting content, you agree not to post:

• Illegal, infringing, or rights-violating material
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or explicit content
• Spam or malicious code
• Any personally identifiable information (yours or others’)

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting, you grant ZensInk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display the content for the duration of the service cycle (72 hours).

ZensInk is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for user-submitted content and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zens Ink Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
